How it helps

In very simple terms Meditation is going from activity to silence. It’s leaving the noise, confusion, distractions and hypnosis of the world we live in to connect with the silence and stillness of spirit. Here in the silence we reconnect with our soul essence and bring forth more expansive qualities of love, joy, compassion and equanimity into our lives. From this silent field of pure potentiality we get our bursts of inspiration, our creativity and our expanded spiritual beingness.

Meditation is a journey to the very core of our being, a journey to emotional freedom and to the reawakening of our unconditioned self.

What is Primordial Sound Meditation?

Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds are the most basic essential sounds of nature such as the wind in the trees, rain falling, the sound of a waterfall, birds singing and so on.

These primordial sounds are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. The individually selected sounds known as mantras are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Once your Primordial Sound Mantra has been determined you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquillity and compassion within. As a Chopra certified instructor I will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine.
